Rex Distributor, Inc. is a wholesale-only company; we do not sell to consumers directly. The following terms apply to all orders.

Volume Discounts

Discount codes must be applied manually at checkout:

• $251–$499 — 10% discount · code 10off250
• $500–$999 — 20% discount · code 20off500
• $1,000 and up — 25% discount · code 25off1000

Discounts will not be applied to closeout-priced items or package deals. The qualifying dollar amount must be reached exclusive of closeout products and package deals. For large-distributor pricing, please call.

Prices & Discount Policy

• All orders must be a minimum of $200.
• The minimum purchase amount excludes shipping.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Prices in the current price list supersede any prices printed prior to it.
• We hold no responsibility for typographical errors.
• All California customers must provide a copy of their valid seller's permit issued by the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration.
• We reserve the right to refuse or discount service.
• Discounts apply only to the regular (catalog) wholesale unit price.

Payment Terms

Accepted methods of payment are COD cash, certified check, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

COD company check and Net 30 accounts will only be honored for customers who complete a credit application form. To obtain this form, please call and ask for a customer service representative. The application must include a bank reference and three current trade references (trade references must take full personal guarantee of their references). We also require a copy of your state tax resale certificate and current business license. We reserve the right to deny credit to any applicant or revoke terms. Please allow 5–7 days to process the application. Returned checks are subject to a $50.00 processing fee.

Shipping Terms

Unless otherwise specified, all shipments are sent via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Report any damages sustained in transit, or any shortages, within 72 hours of delivery. We generally ship within 24 hours of an order being placed. All shipments are sent without insurance and without signature requirement. If you would like to add signature confirmation or insurance, please call or email us and we will provide the total. You are responsible for stolen packages from your location once they have been confirmed as delivered to your location.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Claims for incorrect shipment or defective goods must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any return must include a copy of the invoice showing the items purchased. If an order is correct and the shipment is not accepted, the customer is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Conformity to Law

Buyers expressly warrant that they are in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of the item. It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with all laws governing the sale of items purchased from Rex Distributor, Inc. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rex Distributor, Inc. from all claims resulting directly from the purchase, ownership, or use of the item in violation of applicable federal, state, and local laws or regulations.
